Important Information For Homeschooled, Charter or Private School Students
All students homeschooled, enrolled in a private school, or charter school who wish to participate on a CVHS athletic team will have a different registration process. You must register as a Castle View High School student EVERY YEAR for the purpose of extracurricular activities. For the 24-25 school year, please complete the registration HERE to begin the process. Also, an OLR for athletics only must be completed with the district. Once these two are completed and registration has been processed by our registrar, we will email you that you are able to pay for your sport each season. You can complete the online registration on this site for the sport while waiting for this process to be completed.
If you have additional questions, contact the CV athletic secretary Cari Gillespie at 303-387-9013 or cgillespie@dcsdk12.org
DCSD Athletics Handbook
DCSD Athletic Handbook
This document serves to inform students and parents about the guidelines, policies, and regulations of the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) and the Douglas County School District. It explains expectations for athletes at each high school. One of the primary roles of the high school athletic department is to oversee the conduct of our student-athletes. We urge parents to take an active part in the guidance and supervision of their son or daughter while supporting the schools in our endeavor to develop positive and productive citizens.
