WELCOME BOYS HEAD VOLLEYBALL COACH:

Keith Fuentes
“I am honored to lead the CVHS Boys Volleyball program in its inaugural season! I had the privilege of playing for my High School Boys Volleyball team (Homewood/Flossmoor - south suburbs of Chicago, IL), in its inaugural season, over 30 years ago. Having played and/or coached High School, College (Eastern Illinois University), and Club volleyball, I have witnessed all types of coaching styles. The lessons and core values that I will instill are Respect, Communication, and Accountability.”
“Currently, I am the Vice President of Sales for the KLC-Group, a Silicon Valley, software-security company, and Assistant Coach for the Girls Volleyball, 18-Grind, at the Relentless Volleyball Club (RVC in Parker, CO). This past Fall Season I was the Assistant Coach for the CVHS Sophomore Girls Volleyball Team. As a Castle Rock resident since 2013, I am passionate about building our volleyball programs and
my mission is to lead our teams to compete, succeed, and represent our community with honor and integrity.”
“Throughout my volleyball playing career, I specialized in the front row, starting as a Middle, then transitioning to an Outside Hitter, Right Side. I have learned that aggressive offensive play, paired with a rotational defensive strategy, allows us to attack early and often. I am an empathetic leader who believes it is my duty to motivate and inspire our young athletes.”
“Our teams will respect themselves and others since respect is earned when given. We will over- communicate and build trust, safety, and wellbeing. We will own our actions and take accountability, as all accomplishments will be earned, and all adversities will be opportunities for growth. I look forward to our upcoming, 2023 season, and thank Athletic Director/Assistant Principal, Derek Cordes, for this
privilege.”
