PRACTICE: We will have practice every day Monday-Friday at the CRMS field from 3:30-5:30p, but make sure you are ready to be inside, outside, on the track, on the turf, on the grass, etc.

SPIRIT WEAR: Lots of cool stuff this year!!

COVID RULES: You do not have to wear a mask to and from the field anymore and you do not have to take your temperature before practice. I do ask and I will emphasize this throughout the season that if you feel sick at all that you will choose to stay home rather than come to practice. Just communicate with me through the remind messages.

PARENT MEETING: We did not have a lot of information at our last parent meeting so once the season starts and teams are made we will be able to get a lot more information out to everyone. We will ask for volunteers for lots of games

·  High School lacrosse is important however, Club lacrosse is where you will get seen by colleges

·  There is an opportunity for everyone to play lacrosse after high school regardless of the level you play at.  Colleges are looking for female lacrosse players

·  Reach out to your coaches if you have questions or concerns

·  Junior year is very important as this is when recruiting begins for must players but you can start contacting colleges before then

·  Clubs and clinics are a great way to get to know the different programs at colleges and they start to get to know you as well
