-Monday/Wednesday/Friday Lift - 3:05-3:50pm in the CV weight room
Coach Boriack’s qualification include:
• Master’s Degree in Sport Coaching
• NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
• U.S.A Weightlifting Level 2 Coach
• U.S.A Track and Field Coach
• Experience as part of a Strength & Conditioning staff at the D1 level
• U.S. Veteran
-Team Building:
- Friday, October 8 @ 2pm - Free Fitness Class at Shred415 Castle Rock
- Friday, November 12 @ 3:15pm - Program Wide Scavenger hunt (meet in the Commons after school)
- Thursday, December 2 @ 6:00pm - Lip Sync Battle
